Who never heard of Caffe Cordina in the Capital City of Malta, Valletta?
Caffe Cordina this year is celebrating the 175th year since its origins. It is located in an old palazzo in Republic Street, Valletta.
Back to its origins, it all started in a small tea shop in Cospicua (Bormla) and since then, it has grown and flourished into the Maltese icon we know today.
Tourists who visit Valletta, would want to visit this elegant place, just as we visit Antico caffè Greco in Via dei Condotti (Piazza di Spagna) when in Rome. Of course, it is also a favourite place with the Maltese.
The dedicated staff is always ready to serve it customers in style.
Few days ago, on the company’s social media, a beautiful old picture was posted which dates back to 1954 and according to the heading with the post, it was given to them thanks to Cecilia Zammit.
Caffe Cordina is asking anyone who has any old photo featuring Caffe Cordina or Pjazza Regina, to send it to them via messenger and then, it will be gladly featured on their social media.
Definitely, the Cordina Legacy will live on… Kudos.
